IsaIsadora Coco Gonzalez is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BA in Theatre, Dance, Art History, a certificate in Music Theatre and a TYA module. Coco’s favorite NU credits include Aldonzain “Man of La Mancha,” Frida Kahlo in “Frida Libre,” and Miranda in “The Tempest.” Alongside performance, Coco is deeply interested in choreography and her research as a choreographer centers on the intersection of Judaism and movement through physical storytelling and history. She has choreographed two original pieces: “Gertle, Come Back” inspired by her summer training with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and “Pillars of Pages,” inspired by the story of The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. At NU, Coco choreographed 7 full-length musicals ranging from “Cabaret” to “Jesus Christ Superstar.” Coco recently performed in “SPECTACULAR SPECTACULAR!” with [Producing Body], Goodnight Moon with Chicago Children's Theatre, and is an Ensemble Member of Imagination Theatre performing for Chicago public schools. She will be performing in Kokandy Productions upcoming show, “Hair,” this summer! Isadora Coco Gonzalez is represented by Gray Talent Group.
